Later 1984 it have been distributed by "Sunnyview Records". Have been repressed on many more US and International Labels.

A party tune from top to bottom, "Fix It in the Mix" also ably illustrates Butler's status as one of the more dynamic producers on the early electro scene, with frequent breaks and dynamic rhythmic programming drawing the blueprint for so-called "intelligent dance music" a decade in advance.

(Taken and reedited from my own original Amazon review)Some versions of this CD were pressed with a major error.The correct track listing for songs 7 and 8 are for the track "Get Some" (vocal and instrumental respectively). Unfortunately, the mispressing replaced the tracks "Get Some" with the songs "All Night" (vocal and instrumental respectively) by Trinere. Neither version of "Get Some" is not to be found at all on the mispressed CD.This really bums me out as "Get Some" was the main reason I bought this CD. Not saying that the other tracks are not worth the minimal amount of money I spent on this CD, but it's obviously not complete and it's very misleading about the tracklisting.

That's a shame! I didn't know there were mispressings.. of this CD. The release I submitted does have the correct song listing, with the correct songs. It's probably noteworthy that I bought some Jam Packed 12"'s in the early 90's that were supposed to have 'Fit it in the mix' on it, but had 'All Night' instead! I was not happy... :)
