About Doctor Ammondt. Jukka Ammondt (Riiluoto ad 1974) is a Finnish literary scholar, and a novelist. However, Ammondt gained fame for something else. In 1993 the published an album of famous Finnish tangos - in Latin: Tango Triste Finnicum. As a consequence Pope John Paul II himself granted him a medal of honor in 1994.
