One of the most promising emcees coming out of Brooklyn, Skyzoo has been around for a more than a minute. His profile has been steadily rising over the last few years, thanks to quality releases like The Salvation and Live from the Tapedeck, as well as a slew of solid mixtapes. On this one, he adds four new tracks to his recent project The Great Debate, making a great listen even better. Skyzoo's style isn't thugged-out gangster, fashion-show hipster, ballerific hustler, or save-the-world revolutionary.

The Salvation is the debut album of Brooklyn rapper Skyzoo. The album was released on September 29, 2009, via Jamla Records, founded by 9th Wonder, which is a sub-label of Duck Down Records. Upon release Skyzoo described it as autobiographical and his most personal work. Primarily featuring Skyzoo's lyrics, among the contributing producers are Best Kept Secret, 9th Wonder, Nottz, Just Blaze, Illmind, Needlz and Black Milk

Album: The Great Debater. We like Skyzoo, not only his original name, but his music is very distinctive and memorable. The track that really stands out is titled Until It All Goes featuring the rapper Manhattan. This beat reminded us of a funk son. he title currently escapes us; however we are sure it was something of the psychedelic nature.
