Stewart enjoys these kind of tactful reactions. He's spent 10 years releasing music under the Machinedrum moniker, much of it worthwhile, much of it in widely varying styles of electronic composition, from IDM to deep house and back. For those who've already experienced the original release and are wondering if this 'Extended' edition is worth while; it most resoundingly is! These formerly unreleased b-sides are top quality and nearly as essential as the album tracks! The remixes, on the other hand, are somewhat underwhelming as the original tracks are taken into archetypal territory as per the remixing producer involved; no big surprises with them (although Lando Kal's remix does take the original into contrasting territory it left me a little flat).For those who haven't already purchased the original edition of 'Room(s)' the choice is clear; this is the definitive edition of an already excellent album!

Room(s) is the quintessential juke / funky / bass masterpiece and so the inclusion of the 'Sacred Frequency EP' and scorching unreleased tracks makes this release absolutely choice. That, and the Chrissy Murderbot amen break and electro mixes of 'Now U Know...' and 'U Don't...' respectively, are totally ace. Huge!
